Use this page to report Hardware problems or to request support/information about specific products.

    All Complete Systems Sold by Beta Comp have a two year parts and labor warranty.  In cases where the Manufacturer offers a longer warranty we will arrange the shipping and/or  temporary replacement of the product but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and any fees the manufacturer may impose.   Components have a one year parts and labor warranty unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.  Hardware that is out of warranty or hardware purchased elsewhere will be subject to normal repair fees.  For a copy of our repair rates submit the form with your request.  On-site maintenance will be limited to the local area.
